Shipping & Returns

We want you to be happy with your Mahjabeen purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, your item may be eligible for a return. Please note that a 30% fee will be deducted from the amount of the item being returned to purchase the shipping fee. Follow these steps below:

Send us an email at contact@mahjabeen.co and include the following information:

• order number
• shipping information
• or contact us via direct message on Instagram at @mahjabeenco. 

We do not accept exchanges. 

Shipping - All orders in the United States have free shipping and are now shipped out on weekends. They are mailed via USPS, and can take between 1 to 7 days to deliver after the order is processed. We do not ship worldwide. 

All Mahjabeen orders are hand-picked and prepared from California.
