Shipping & Returns

We want you to be happy with your Mahjabeen purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, your item may be eligible for a return. Please note that a 30% fee will be deducted from the amount of the item being returned to purchase the shipping fee. Follow these steps below:

Send us an email at contact@mahjabeen.co and include the following information:

• order number
• shipping information
• or contact us via direct message on Instagram at @mahjabeenco. 

We do not accept exchanges. 

Shipping - All orders in the United States have free shipping and are shipped within 24 hour business working day. Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following business day. They are mailed via USPS, and can take between 1 to 7 days to deliver after the order is processed. We do not ship worldwide. 

All Mahjabeen orders are hand-picked and prepared from California.
